Support onboarding: agree on the next check, not a promise

A complete fictional digital-download case for two reviewers, with a printable session sheet and a reasoned handoff.

Run one session without customer data

  1. Each reviewer reads the same buyer request, known facts and fictional policy.
  2. Choose a next action separately, before discussing.
  3. Compare which fact and rule supports your action. Agreement alone does not make an answer correct.
  4. Read the suggested action and handoff. Note the next owner, the remaining unknown and what must not be promised.

Print the case first and keep its answer section separate. This is a fictional exercise, not a qualification, actual refund decision or proof of an agent’s ability.

Practice more kinds of decisions

Three complete cases are free in English, and in Japanese. The US$3 minimum workbook contains those three plus seven others: refund requests, purchase-time versions, distribution permission, missing files, repeated charges, deadlines and phone support. Both languages cover the same ten cases.

Download/unzip the HTML workbook and open index.html with JavaScript and local HTML support. Phone behavior depends on the viewer. The paid item is not a physical training kit or a promise of printable sheets for all ten cases. For learning within the purchaser/recipient organization; no redistribution, resale or public uploads. AI-assisted original fiction and code. Your own training materials may already meet the need.
